Dr. Oz is on now with Montel and others talking about people who live with chronic illness/pain, and do they have the right to end their lives. I'm not soliciting debate, but have been living with this dx of multiple sclerosis for 18 yrs and the symptoms for 40. I am still prayerful and hopeful that a cure is soon to come. Be encouraged, at times just living and striving to be a good person can be a difficult road to travel. I made it/making it and continue to evolve. This wheelchair that entered my life 5 years will not remain, and if so, I know the terms that I'm willing to endure.

My greatest job is not over, but our youngest son who was a baby in '93 when I was dx'd is now a sophomore at an Ivy League University. Knowing the circumstances that brought me to this day, I've come a long way by sheer will and against so many odds. I'm still viewed as somewhat sane, and I am proud of my fight. No matter how hard the road seems we're traveling we must remain determined. I'm home bound now and using a wheelchair, but know my life is getting better....SLOWLY YES....but I STILL BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF MY DREAMS. There is a magnificent life I know GOD has for me to live, and I will die pushing forward and fighting for it's manifestation.

GOD'S PROMISE IS UNFOLDING FOR GOOD!

My physical state tells me I'm limited more than I was when I had use of my legs, but the VISION and PURPOSE for my life is yet to manifest. So as I ask my "able bodied friends, What's holding you back? Go and snatch your destiny. It belongs to you or me if we just stretch out and begin to embrace it. Stretch out and BELIEVE.......The path is being paved and the reward....GREAT! That said, I'm on my way.

My prevailing message continues to resonate with a resounding, "I will walk again." That deeply rooted belief even after these last almost five years will not escape me. I have too much riding on my ability to regain my independence. Last week while finishing up my last few sessions of in patient rehab at Kessler Institute in West Orange, NJ I nearly bumped wheels with Eric LeGrand the young college football player paralyzed last October while playing during the Rutgers-Army football game. I wanted to talk but he was speaking with a therapist. Maybe while going to out-patient I'll get to meet him very soon. A few days later he was in my hometown inspiring the young people to never give up. He told the students "I will walk again. I don't know when, but when I do, there's going to be a huge party in New Jersey." My belief and sentiments also young man. WITH UNSHAKABLE DETERMINATION, KEEP THE FAITH!

Yesterday is a dream, tomorrow is only a vision....But a well-lived today makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. - LIVE WELL TODAY and BE BLESSED!

Dx'd in '93, with Multiple Sclerosis while fighting my then employer for an illegal termination, with an 11 month old baby, I was one of three African American women in a battle against a Goliath. You would think the federal government would even follow federal law when in the act of terminating employees. Not in our cases. It seemed at the time it would never end. It lasted 16 months for me. A long story short, we won, that was 18 years ago. My son is 19 now a sophomore at an Ivy League Univ. and I'm still living in defiance against this thing called CCSVI/MS. I'm readying myself to retake/remake some things put on the sidelines for too long. There's nothing wrong in capturing a deferred dream/vision. If it's not yet lived, it's still waiting for fulfillment...and it still belongs to the dreamer/visionary.

GOD grants us the strength to overcome obstacles thrown at and thrust upon us...We just need to keep focused, address the adversities and be determined to be VICTORIOUS. GOD BLESS each of you to stand up, stand in and own the VICTORIOUS places held by GOD for you and only you. ~♥~

This stated, on this day, I AM GRATEFUL. For me to profess this not having walked for the past 5 years due to multiple sclerosis and having more bad days than good due to complications of it is a miracle in itself. My physical life has been restricted from many of the magnificent things I desire....but......that too will not last. BELIEVE IN THE MIRACLE OF RESTORATION. For anyone who has so much more on your side, your FAITH, YOUR BELIEF, YOUR ACTIONS will deliver you to a better place than just living in the negative places that begin in our heads. This writing is an extension of how I am being led to share hope. I KNOW LIFE IS GETTING BETTER as I live and speak GOD'S directions.

After living with this illness in my life for over 40 years diagnosed since '93 and seemingly being stripped of so much because of it.....and I'm not crazy yet.......This is a part of my progressive testimony!.....GOD IS GOOD, IN CONTROL....... JUST BELIEVE, TAKE ACTION AND LIVE KNOWING THE BEST IS HERE and TO COME!

My longtime friend of about 47 years sent me this email a few days ago. The message is so beautiful, and I WISH YOU ENOUGH TOO!!! BE BLESSED!

I wish you Enough!

Recently I overheard a Father and daughter in their last moments together at the airport. They had announced the departure. Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the Father said, 'I love you, and I wish you enough.' The daughter replied, 'Dad, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Dad.'

They kissed and the daughter left. The Father walked over to the window where I was seated. Standing there I could see he wanted and needed to cry. I tried not to intrude on his privacy, but he welcomed me in by asking, 'Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?'

'Yes, I have,' I replied. 'Forgive me for asking, but why is this a forever good-bye?’.

'I am old, and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is - the next trip back will be for my funeral,' he said.

'When you were saying good-bye, I heard you say, 'I wish you enough.' May I ask what that means?'

He began to smile. 'That's a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone.' He paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail, and he smiled even more. 'When we said, 'I wish you enough,' we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them.' Then turning toward me, he shared the following as if he were reciting it from memory.
I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright no matter how gray the day may appear.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun even more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive and everlasting.

I wish you enough pain so that even the smallest of joys in life may appear bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

He then began to cry and walked away.

They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them; but then an entire life to forget them.

No wonder I have muscle pain, spasticity, and neuropathy. There are times I think I'm so smart because my research about multiple sclerosis has led me to truths I believe are links to some of the dreaded disease symptoms and the course it has taken in my life. Well case in point, last week, I had a medical procedure and after a few days of feeling some benefits, the constant muscle spasticity I've been living with seemed more bothersome.

By last Friday, I began thinking again about some of the useful information I've learned/gathered and tucked away in this constant brain fog that is symptomatic of this illness. So, there it was, as it just was washed over my being popping into this brain on overdrive and over drag from this illness....the light bulb moment....a missing element.....something I turned around and locked into my little storage cabinet where I sit and pulled out...... something I asked my son to buy for me before he went off to college last September that I used to take regularly a few years prior......something that may have kept me independent for the last five years.....IF ONLY! Yeah, if only I was smart enough to research the benefits of so many things that would help keep the debilitating symptoms of this disease at bay but not smart enough to continue using it for health maintenance. Surely, I give myself credit for not handing my life over in totality to the dysfunctional sometimes unethical professionals who never mentioned supplementation, but peddle for big pharma.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE, my inner voice revealed CALCIUM and MAGNESIUM was a missing link....... ........and from yesterday forward, on my life's journey, I will not live without it being a part of my daily intake........

You probably would think someone like me who has lived with symptoms of ms since I was 13 not knowing for 20 years in between and at times thought I was crazy would be a better steward of certain revelations. After finally being diagnosed in '93 I should pay more attention to wonderful revelations that would have probably kept me walking until almost five years ago. In my defense, but no excuses, this is one of the indications of long term pain and suffering. Not having peace in one's life in a body that is to be shared with what should be more joy and pleasure than long term pains and suffering leads to so much mental pain too. I am grateful for knowledge, but when it's not being used to benefit and uplift, then what's the point. Thank GOD for the revelation of restored memory that leads to healing.

Some of the effects of magnesium and calcium deficiency will surprise some, and I hope it helps others as it has already begun to help me again after only 24 hours. THE MAGNIFICENCE TO OVERCOME!

Often, we may say and feel that we can't do a particular thing, but the spirit to overcome is greater than that other negative little voice within. That whisper is always small against the magnificence of the power of the other voice that says WE, YOU, and I CAN OVERCOME. Ask yourself, what is the greater vision you desire to attain. Ask and inquire within, is that little voice as opposed to the greater one, THE MAGNIFICENT ONE, that achieves the victory?

So, IT'S ALWAYS OUR CHOICE.....What voice will we allow to navigate the course of this day, which may be our last. CHOOSE TO LIVE THIS DAY. These truths/words are lived/written by a survivor of Multiple Sclerosis, dx'd in '93, and living with unknown symptoms over 20 years pre dx. That is over 40 years of my life, yet I refuse to give this disease victory over me. This and other life maladies are not allowed to steal what I've labored for despite the obstacles, some of which when looked at with a different lens were and are gifts. BREATHING

Getting to basics is essential to living our best lives. Knowing the most important factor in life is breathing, my question is do we breathe properly? From my study over the years and my personal lack of attention to the question, my answer is NO. Knowing something and not respecting the truth about it is not worth saying one knows it....especially an energy as important to life as THE BREATH.

It is not my intention at this time to go into a drawn out assessment of the importance of THE BREATH. We all know if we don't BREATHE, we die. What we don't necessarily know, appreciate or respect is there is quality to THE BREATH and as we give honor to that, we gain energy, expel toxins, cause our heart, lungs and cells to work more efficiently and so much more. As a person who suffers with a chronic illness for which there is no cure for...YET....my commitment to health is now more guarded knowing the weaknesses of my body. CCSVI/Multiple Sclerosis has been a drag in my life for 40 years. I was diagnosed 18 years ago, but the 20 years prior of some assessments were it's in my head, she's a hypochondriac or a malingerer. None of those were correct.....I wasn't even crazy....YAAAY...I'm sane but surely sick....THANK YOU!

Anyway, before I proceed into a rant I'm trying to avoid, my journey to respect THE BREATH began in earnest once again on March 14, 2011. Since then, I've been committed each day to set aside time to the art of THE BREATH. The trigger for me was being released from the hospital in January that was a near death experience and calling my former yoga teacher from a few years back upon my discharge. He was kind enough to send me his new DVD titled "CHAIRS AND BEYOND". Living long term through chronic illness, always having to stop and restart, even remaking and reengaging while trying to live normally causes one to become tired of having yet another thing TO DO. All that takes more time instead of just seeking the "normalcy" of living. Things we may have found pleasurable now seem to be yet another chore, even pursuing truths such as this topic.

Thanks to my instructor Martin for putting me on a course again to recommit to a better quality of life. (When he revamps his website, I will post the link.) A difficult existence this is, but I AM, WAS and ALWAYS WILL BE DETERMINED TO LIVE "MY BEST LIFE". My CHOICE is to live with HOPE, DEDICATION and COMMITMENT to the VISION, PASSION and PURPOSE that resides and rules from within.

HOW A FAMOUS PERSON SPEAKS ABOUT CCSVI/MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, etc....

Recently, a certain celebrity made appearances on shows like Oprah and Monique. His celebrity causes people to listen to his voice and his story because it is the loudest and the most seen face of multiple sclerosis. That being said, Montel doesn't speak for me nor any of my friends I am connected with in my very personal life, many on Facebook or anywhere else. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 18 years ago, suffered with it's effects 20 years pre diagnosis and have had to regroup and reorganize my life every step of the way to adjust to live a new and often uncomfortably different life.

WORDS AND THE WAY THEY ARE SAID HAVE MEANING....ESPECIALLY BY THOSE WHO PEOPLE LISTEN TO AND KNOW THEIR NAMES....IMPLIED OR NOT....TRUE OR NOT...

Montel Williams has during the course of his talk show and even now represents no one I know. He has on numerous occasions referenced that he is "still a contributing member of society",.....WELL, SO AM I AND EVERY OTHER PERSON I KNOW....even though we have had to rearrange life on different terms but still figure out how to survive. No, many are no longer able to work, do the type of work we used to, can't afford to go back to school, start a new business, etc, etc., etc.,......There was no driver, administrative assistant, nanny to care for my children. So what does one do when they must a life clouded by a chronic disease...they just keep trudging along until they just fall apart....at least that's my story and that of others I know.

As a matter of fact, I even bought the Live Well machine, but it had nothing to do with him, but that purchase adds to his bottom line. No problem, I still a a consumer too. We do although plagued with this illness.....spend money. I thought it was a good piece of equipment for me to use to regain or maintain aspects of my health. It really was not something I really could afford outright, but saw it on Easy Pay on QVC for 5 payments that got it to my home. The jury is still out on that one for me since we don't use it too much. I can't function on my own anymore, need to rely on my spouse to be my caretaker, cooking, cleaning, take me places. I haven't driven for a few years. All that seems to be lost though will be regained...Call me crazy...but that's my HOPE and BELIEF SYSTEM...that's one thing I have left...and will hold onto...SOMETIMES THAT'S ALL YOU'VE GOT.....

The thing is the people I actually look up to are those whose stories have truly triumphed adversity in any area of life and pushed forward in spite of it all. I couldn't cry each time I thought of the emotional toll this disease had burdened my life with. My "audience" meaning family and friends would have listened but that wouldn't have served me well since my health would have suffered more from that added self administered stress load. I couldn't cry at work everyday around my co-workers, that would have led to me being taken out by security or sent for counseling. There wasn't or isn't much space for tears even now as one still strives to push through the terrible effects of m.s. Still after so much time, interruption and devastation caused, one must be determined to manage to hold onto a vision of success and continue to fight to regain footing of their life.

Sufferers with ms need a cure, and my long term problem I will write about again concerning the angst I have with the multi-billion dollar pharmaceuticals and other industries the prey off those of us who are sick and CCSVI - Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Intervention although a new option that is angioplasty to correct venous malformation is not being heard. Although angioplasty for CCSVI is not a cure it is the only thing that has made sense to me in all these years and thousands of others who opted to have the procedure performed mainly in the past 2 years and maybe up to 3 for others. I will post links later this week for anyone seeking further information, or let the internet be your starting point with Dr. Paolo Zamboni who pioneered the theory of CCSVI.

This post was written on a whim as my tweeting began so please overlook any errors as I just felt compelled to write tonight based upon an entry on a FB. So, thanks to my friend Keisha on Facebook who traveled with Oprah to Australia last year as one of the audience members for posting about the TWEETING tonight. THE PRESIDENT ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!

I just looked at President Obama on the Super Bowl Preview and must say quite proud of my non-partisan President being PRESIDENTIAL while talking to someone who has attacked him.....CONTINUALLY..... for a few years. I know, he's the President (but it's a message many of us wouldn't entertain on a small scale. Some wouldn't even sit down to partake in chatter or break bread when the point of the interaction would help both. I just don't get blatant stupidity, but then again, that's just me. I'll see if I pass my tests. He spoke a truth I've been telling folks for a long time....Thank GOD for CIVILITY but there comes some times when you need to put your foot in someones ASS! Yesterday, I posted, "Who really cares about us?" in a link on Facebook. Today on Dr. Oz there was a discussion about GMO's GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS, a technology used in our food supply for about 20 years. I have written about this in the past. Please empower yourself with study of this poisoning of the food chain. WE ALL EAT, therefore, need to understand in this instance, how does a chemical company Monsanto (CORPORATION) own the lions share of agriculture in America. Other countries have BANNED GMO's, America has not. We are essentially being used as guinea pigs for profit.

If you get the chance, watch FOOD, INC and THE CORPORATION, which delves into the evils behind the corporate structure. IF YOU'RE SICK, AS I AM, CARE ABOUT SOMEONE WHO IS, or CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN, THEIR CHILDREN, THE ENVIRONMENT, THE FUTURE OF THE EARTH, ETC........I have no other input at this time, but..........do your diligence because, "Who really cares about us?" A BEAUTIFUL LIFE STORY - A WHALE and HER HEROES

The Whale...

If you read a recent front page story of the San Francisco Chronicle, you would have read about a female humpback whale that had become entangled in a spider web of crab traps and lines.

She was weighted down by hundreds of pounds of traps that caused her to struggle to stay afloat. She also had hundreds of yards of line rope wrapped around her body, her tail, her torso, a line tugging in her mouth.

A fisherman spotted her just east of the Farallon Islands (outside the Golden Gate) and radioed an environmental group for help. Within a few hours, the rescue team arrived and determined that she was so bad off, the only way to save her was to dive in and untangle her. They worked for hours with curved knives and eventually freed her. When she was free, the divers say she swam in what seemed like joyous circles. She then came back to each and every diver, one at a time, and nudged them, pushed them gently around as she was thanking them.

Some said it was the most incredibly beautiful experience of their lives. The guy who cut the rope out of her mouth said her eyes were following him the whole time, and he will never be the same.

May you, and all those you love, be so blessed and fortunate to be surrounded by people who will help you get untangled from the things that are binding you. And, may you always know the joy of giving and receiving gratitude.

GPS - GOD'S POSITIONING SYSTEM!

Our minds, hearts and instincts are our GPS - GOD'S POSITIONING SYSTEM which is programmed within us to reach OUR DESTINIES. Staying on course may seem difficult many times, but I REFUSE NOT TO CONTINUE TO BE GUIDED - NO MATTER WHAT. multiple sclerosis or anything else has not or will not override my GPS. GOD'S POSITIONING SYSTEM is gifted to and within us all. For me, it often has been all I had while learning and understanding my GPS was all needed. Our GPS is and always will be MORE THAN ENOUGH when it is acknowledged and utilized.

How's your GPS working for your life? Take it on a road trip or two, it will become refined, defined and clarified. Take notice of the voice and direction of your GPS. It will safely guide your to your destination. The beautiful thing is it's designed, tailored just for you.

What may seem like a mistake at the lead of the multiple sclerosis sentence is no error. I recently determined it no longer merits that prominence - wherever it is placed in my writings and will always try not to give it that status.

Just recently, I was thinking about when we take time to listen to GOD admonishing us to "BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD" as quoted in the BIBLE, how much better life is when we listen to this COMMAND!

"BE STILL", stop and take some time, slow down, take it easy. When we do all these things we're on target and if not, surely in a better position. I've always taken moments every day to pray and be thankful. Just me in communion with MY GOD is the greatest life treasure. Taking time to "BE STILL" is really deep and takes committed effort when we have such complex life issues and distractions to contend with.,

Being grateful, after being led where the WILL OF GOD directs us when we FOLLOW AS COMMANDED gives us POWER AS PROMISED! "BE STILL" - Listen and follow as led, while confidently knowing, GOD IS WITH YOU!

These words by Rev. Powell came into my life about 35 years ago and have become a place to check myself into reality and remember what I'm rooted in. While growing up, his work as a NY Congressman were admired and respected by me. I honestly hope this video motivates someone today with a little extra inspiration to move forward, a confirmation they're on the right path or maybe encouragement to know everything is or will be alright. I feel compelled to read more about this story as I am a big admirer of Keith and the committed truths he brought to the screen every evening, along with Schultz, Maddow and O'Donell. Yes, I understand contractural law from a few college courses I took, and know he violated the company/contractural rules. I also realize from reading several reports that a few individuals from that other nameless "news" organization that has a monopoly in the NY print/tv media have done the same. They may not have contractural obligations about political contributions written into theirs. Several of my friends who work in large financial corps. are not allowed to buy any investments/stocks without permission of their employers. I get that one...possible insider trading. I don't get what is so conflicting about Olbermanns' small contribution...but as I stated above..understand the power of the contract.

I see they haven't stripped his name from the program title as of 8:50 tonight, but it was briefly mentioned he was suspended indefinitely. It really wouldn't surprise me after all is said, that he did this purposely. He is not a stupid man. It is my belief that Keith will be back, not necessarily on MSNBC, but as a no holds barred free thinker, more powerful than under the constraints of a "job" as a reporter, which I must add he did a fine job, in my humble opinion. I am now watching and waiting for Rachael Maddow's commentary this hour. My girl might be next. Really, is there free speech anymore? - Was there ever? All I know, it's crazy season...and it's just beginning folks. Wait until January.

Keith Olbermann: If The Tea Party Wins, America Loses!

Every now and then, I just have to reference something I find quite important but in this case any rational minded person would find bizarre. Last night, Rachael Maddow, Keith Olbermann, and Lawrence O'Donnell did it again. in a seemingly seamless flow of thoughts. They laid it out.an agenda of the reality of where this country is and will be. I'm not going to find all the links this time, but will share Keith's commentary which was so on point as usual. My assessment is quite clear about what I'm actually seeing and hearing knowing at least in my mind what the roots of the madness is.

Judge for yourself. I'm not doing a lot of typing this time, all I know for a fact is, it's CRRRAAAZZZYYY SEASON. The reality now is that if you thought voting wasn't necessary see what happens when you get what you get if you don't. If we think it's bad now, check out what this influx of thought is about to bring if this bunch is elected. IT'S REALLY BECOMING AN ABSOLUTE NO BRAINER. Hope you saw some or all of last nights programs or can take about 19 1/2 minutes to listen now or later. This is a very sad but real commentary about this microcosm of the world in which we live.

HOW WELL ARE YOU DEALING WITH LIFE EXPANDING AND RETRACTING?

Life is expansive and retractive. Our life's GPA's are measured on how we respond to it all and how we integrate those push and pulls in our lives. I've been living it from 8 to 52 and 10/12 years. (I heard age referred to in 1/12 terms this morning and thought it quite cute.) One of my major longest expansive and retractive experiences has been living with chronic illness from about 13 to 36 and with no diagnosis. Yes, they (Dr's) labeled me with some horrible clinical names, generally eluding to "craaaaazy". LOL! Those were really expansive and expansive years in terms of, not knowing what's wrong, but living the effects and not having a clue of what it is.

Just like a rubber the expansion and retraction can create areas of weakness where it's quite possible to pop and go to that "craaaaaazy" place. We are of course human. Regardless of whether we want to take on the work not to go there of course is another story.

Finally, a diagnosis multiple sclerosis but what I am learning to call CCSVI at 36, a 14 year old, a one year old, and embattled with the largest employers in the US, plus all the other life dramas all at the same time. I know exactly WHAT I AM, WHO I AM and most importantly, WHOSE I AM. And by the way, I WIN because, I never gave up or never will give up on GOD'S PROMISE TO ME. We all have it, DO YOU KNOW AND UNDERSTAND IT FOR YOURSELF?....I'm not asking for answers, but it's an important life examination to know how and why we tick and that comes from taking out the time TO GET IT! Life really always is expanding and retracting - Good , bad and indifferent - It's all about how we live through it, as difficult as it may be.

One of the GREATEST GIFTS GIVEN to anyone is to realize and KNOW GOD LOVES YOU. Some of the greatest tests for us are if we really remain faithful even when the worst of life happens to us.

Question, "?", .......

Do we still profess positivity adorned with all the warm fuzzy feelings we uttered when we thought GOD or whatever name one refers to as their POWER'S DIVINE NAME was on their side? We knew, believed all was well in our lives when life moves along in sync with our likings. Do we, sometimes expose our bearings of such little faith, and still believe when those horrible life challenges enter our lives? Do we continue a steadfast belief that we are favored?

Are we as rooted as deeply as we think? Is your faith bound to superficialities based only on a limited earthly analysis of what you may think you're entitled to. This is based on some recent observations I found quite telling and told so much it in and of itself by someone who professes certain words as an amazing backdrop to begin this query. The caveat about living is......nothing is guaranteed. Nothing is forever. I'm not seeking answers, it's just about human nature, and quite interesting, I must say. The hypocrisy of one's limited faith when uncovered and exposed tells a tale of unabashed truths about the depths of how deep and truthful we really are when it comes to FAITH.

HMMMMMMM!

BOUNCE HOUSE and POST CCSVI

This morning, while watching The Price Is Right, I saw something that I plan to do as soon as I possibly can after my LIBERATION. Something most would think of as child's play, brought tears to my eyes. You see, seventeen ears ago, almost one year and one month to the day after giving birth to my youngest son, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. That was supposed to be such a joyous time for me and my family, but was tarnished by this and fighting another of the greatest battles of my life. I must say though had it not been for the birth and joy of my beautiful baby boy, I really don't think I'd be here to tell my story. Multiple Sclerosis and going virtually hand to hand combat with one one the largest employers in the US was enough to drive any sane person insane. Had it not been for my Mother being with me when my little angel wiggled away from me, even though she fell catching him, my story would be quite different. She saved my baby from being hit by a car. Her knees were skinned up a bit but she was O.K. I LOVE MY MOTHER for so many reasons, this being just one of them.

I mention most of these additional notations to state life just hasn't been too joyful for a long time. The thing about me is I find and make my JOY and that comes from a lifetime of internal work, not necessarily by choice, but born as a survival mechanism. After so many years of mental and physical suffering, I am planning on having some good old fashioned FUN - BIG KID STYLE! It doesn't matter that by that date in December I will be 53 years old.....and SO WHAT! One of the things I am going to do is find a bounce house and video tape or live stream myself jumping up and down for as long as I can. Having my Mother and family seeing me do this will bring them so much joy. I have not been able to run or jump up and down for nearly twenty five years. My sons missed out on so much fun I wanted to share with them but couldn't with a severe back injury and then compounded by Multiple Sclerosis.

Just thinking of doing this and other things is the beginning my healing process. For me, it is not just to have any procedure done or taking medicine that brings me healing, it is the mind body experience that brings it all together. Yes CCSVI and LIBERATION will bring me close to my expectations, but it's the total package of restoration that I will have to give me the chance to live the fulfilled life I deserve. Oh, and be damned to those who shout placebo effect, it's not been through clinical trials and any negativty that is being propogated by the profiteers in the keep them sick game. Angioplasty should not be denied to those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis because it seems most been misdiagnosed and we certainly deserve the chance to live better when there is another way than drugs that are being proven not to work.

I AM GRATEFUL THAT I HAVE A STRONG RESOUNDING, INFALLIBLE FAITH. I LOVE THE LORD, and THE LORD LOVES ME, despite all the turmoil. I HAVE A GRATEFUL HEART! THAT IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH FUN.......in a BOUNCE HOUSE ALL BY MYSELF! I will literally be ROTFLMBO!

CCSVI and POST LIBERATION

Starting today, I will spend more of my time posting videos of the successes people who have been labeled with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. I will try reprogramming my reference to it as CCSVI - Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency. By either name, the symptoms can be devastating and are for most the longer one lives with it's symptoms. To all who know me, please bear with me as I share this information. I am not sharing for sympathy, I AM A STRONG WOMAN, but I am human also. After coping with over 17 years after diagnosis I am compelled to share my journey in part.

There are over 400,000 mostly women in the US who were given this life altering diagnosis of whom I am one. Every week approximately 200 new cases are diagnosed. Someone else you know may have or may hear the devastating words, "you have "MS". For many like me, I had good days but so many bad ones also and worked until my body gave out seven years later. Losing ones independence is a heartbreaking blow specifically when it is taken by no action on the persons behalf. Sometimes crap just happens.

It is with the knowledge of learning about CCSVI earlier this year and being on a journey to learn as much as I could about it that I have come to this point. My mission now is to spread and share awareness with greater determination. As I count down the days to my own testing and Liberation, I am compelled to share some aspects of this journey. It is now my responsibility to evoke change as the SPIRIT OF GOD has laid upon my heart to do so someone else will find the hope they seek.

When we BELIEVE IT - whatever IT is - then - WE OWN IT! Can you ENVISION IT - IN YOUR "OWN" MIND......no matter what our eyes see, our ears hear, our body feels. - Yes, that's taking it far. But if I, especially those like me who suffer with pain almost daily from a chronic illness - there supposedly is no cure can profess daily I AM CONVICTED BY MY KNOWING, THEN CLAIM OWNERSHIP! This is the manifestation of knowing I embraced long ago.

I AM CONVINCED a no cure life sentence of Multiple Sclerosis just ain't for me. It does not nor will it ever allowed to be what prevents me from OWNING MY PLACE. So acceptance of this is not, nor ever will be TRUE FOR ME. If we can imagine and can turn our pain and suffering to a place of JOY as difficult as it is - then we've got something special within our core. I BELIEVE WHAT I KNOW and I OWN IT!

THE TRUTH ABOUT ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS - NONE ARE ANY GOOD!

If you're someone who likes artificial sweeteners, this is written with you in mind. As you probably already know chemicals are not your friend. Therefore why would we knowingly offer the use of chemical additives put in our food into our bodies. As a person who is a survivor of Multiple Sclerosis and suffer daily with the dreadful effects it presents, I am vigilant trying not to ingest and remove anything from my diet that exacerbates the symptoms this disease can present. The only way to combat any enemy is to be armed with knowledge. It's been 17 long years since my diagnosis, but as much as I am humanly able to "fix" my life, I am dedicated to living my best possible outcome.

All "artificial" sweeteners are made from chemicals. Bottom line they're legal poisons some have grown accustomed to thinking will do them some good - especially in the weight loss/maintenance area. The truth is, the ill health effects are now becoming evident after years of acceptance in the foods we eat. Aspartame for example has been associated with cancer and brain tumors. Don't get me wrong, I'm not even promoting the use of sugars either, especially the fructose, glucose, cheaply made compounds in processed foods. etc. we've also been overwhelmed with in foods we buy. The following article should serve as a deterrent for anyone who has accepted these toxic powders in their food supply. When you think about it, the only person who cares about you is you - or at least we better begin embracing that thought. Below is some of the data from Mark D. Gold's website.

I don't know about anyone else, but suffering without a diagnosis for over 20 years and coping with an escalation of symptoms for the last 17 is enough for me to know "I DESERVE THE BEST LIFE IMAGINABLE!" I DO NOT CONDONE ILLEGAL DRUG SALES, but there has been such a disparity in the sentencing laws concerning cocaine and crack. I'm old enough to remember the Rockerfeller Laws of the '70's when it was passed in New York. I wonder how many thousands of young, mostly African Americans were and are still in jail because of this major imbalance in the criminal justice system. Lives that will never be the same.There will now be a better balance for justice across the board as opposed to the imbalances that have lingered for so long.

In Speaker Pelosi's words, "Under current federal law, possessing five grams of crack cocaine is subject to the same mandatory minimum sentence as selling 500 grams of powder cocaine. This creates a 100:1 crack-powder sentencing disparity! Today, the President signed a bill the House passed last week, the Fair Sentencing Act–long overdue legislation that addresses this disparity in favor of fairness and justice for the American people. The bill reduces the sentences for crack and powder cocaine, eliminates the mandatory minimum sentence for simple possession of crack cocaine, and includes tough new criminal penalties targeting the serious drug offenders who bring the most destruction to our families and our neighborhoods. It strengthens the hand of law enforcement while bringing greater balance to our sentencing and criminal justice system. That’s why it won the support of both Democrats and Republicans, it was even co-sponsored by conservative Senators Sessions and Coburn. And that’s why it has the backing of law enforcement, prosecutors and judges, civil rights organizations, and faith leaders."

The USDA Admits Link to Antibiotic Use in Farm Animals

DUH, another admission of something I thought makes "common sense", especially when doctors are wary of prescribing antibiotics too frequently to their patients. DUH, on my part, "COMMON SENSE, JUST ISN'T THAT COMMON." Unfortunately, we don't know what we're eating anyway, whether it be animal or vegetable, unless of course we're fortunate enough to farm it ourselves or know of a reputable organic farmer. This is another instance, among others, my Journey to Better Health will be implemented more fully in the months to come. As I fight for living my life without the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis and with the intention to eradicate it from my life, greatly by the quality of what I consume.....All things in time with a determined purpose......

THE GIFT OF VOLUNTEERING and SERVICE TO OTHERS

Offering our lives in service to and for others is a noble charge. Not only is the gift a blessing to the recipient but to the giver also. The giver does so out of a desire to be of service to another. Giving also places us in a position to be BLESSED with a response from the CREATOR, although that is not why we give. Our giving should also be done selflessly.

There are various scriptural references that require us to give. I chose this one as it reflects the tone of this writing. "One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed. Proverbs 11:24-25

Writing this entry was inspired by my cousin who informed me a few weeks ago of her desire to offer some of her time to a cause I was forced into participating in due to a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. It was already on my radar as a very dear friend of mine had already been diagnosed. I believe my advocacy would have evolved because of her to some degree, but about a year later I heard my own unwelcome news.

I initially posted a congratulatory message to my cousin because I am proud and humbled of her desire to choose this area of service in part because of me. When I think about it, my heart is full. A very dear friend, has contributed donations in my name for quite a few years now. Another cousin, has donated in the past when solicited for the WALK FOR A CURE and I know she has my back whenever I need, and there are others. I am thankful to them also, more than they could ever understand. Last night I messaged my cousin for whom the tone of this writing began as an acknowledgment of how honored and proud I was. THANKS A LOT, for forcing me to amend my writing and making it longer. I love you too. I should have just posted it here and on Facebook without even seeing if she approved, but that wouldn't have been right. So now my few paragraphs have turned into more than I planned. THANKS AGAIN COUSIN! I told you several times I hate typing, but it's not your fault I get long winded. LOL!

Now, getting back to being serious again, below is how my writing began from a place of pride and gratitude, as it will remain:

I offer my congratulations to my cousin on her appointment to serve on the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Business Advisory Council and the Government Relations Committee. The Advisory Council assists people living with MS to secure employment and the latter acts as a liaison for government affairs, legislation, and advocacy. She brings with her years of volunteerism, mentoring and passion in the area of service. Her experiences will offer insightful input to address those areas of concern.

I was forced into advocacy for Multiple Sclerosis because of a diagnosis. People like my cousin give their time and other resources out of LOVE for something they've became passionate about. I have always been in awe of those who served as I volunteered for MS WALKS FOR THE CURE. Seeing thousands of people some of whom didn't have a loved one nor did they get the dreadful diagnosis themselves raise money and walk in inclement weather to be of service to others always warmed my heart.

After suffering with symptoms since I was 14, I was was finally diagnosed in 1993, 22 years after my first symptoms, and a year after the birth of my second son. Having been burdened with various sporadic debilitating symptoms for so long, the diagnosis was a relief after being told for many years there was nothing wrong with me. Finally having a diagnosis brought a little sanity to my life but with many long term obstacles to endure and strive to overcome.

Giving is something we all should share in as some form of paying rent to live on THE CREATOR'S earth. I've served in various capacities along my journey and will continue. In the counting down of these 1440 minutes I have been gifted so far today, I know in part some of the work required of me. It is my obligation as payment for the space I've been allowed to rent on this earth to be lived as closely to what MY CREATOR has directed me to fulfill as humanly possible. JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH

Here's one of the easiest health concepts I've adopted to enhance my Journey to Better Health over a month ago. I respect the wisdom of my elders and ancestors who in many ways lived with healthier habits than most of us do today. Oftentimes the "smarter" man becomes the further he moves away from magnificent preventative daily routines that afford us with living our best lives.

Each day I have included a few super healers into my daily routine and am positive continued usage will lead me to a better place as the guidance comes from listening to guidance from the SPIRIT. So here is a simple start to the better health for healing. One tblspn. organic apple cider vinegar, 1 tblspn. organic honey and 8 oz. filtered or distilled water has started my days since early June with the exception of the 4 days I was hospitalized and those were the days I probably needed to stick to it more so. For someone with a health condition such as Multiple Sclerosis, apple cider has been associated with specific healing properties.

For those who are living with chronic illness, my personal battle is Multiple Sclerosis, a simple lifestyle and diet changes can diminish symptoms and in some cases totally eliminate them. Over thirty years ago, I eliminated all pork products from my diet. About 25 years ago, red meat was removed. At the end of 2009, I pledged to myself that by the end of 2010, I will eliminate chicken and turkey. The BP poisoning of the Gulf Coast has expedited my elimination consumption of fish of which 80% of the American supply is captured from that region. By the time tarballs reach a certain destination up the east coast my fish eating days will be over.

Have any of you ever been encouraged by your treating primary doctor or neurologist to change/modify your diet? I sure haven't! Very soon I will be adding other aspects of my Journey as I will be working closely with my personal friend who is a holistic doctor.

I look FORWARD with the PROMISE GOD HAS FOR MY LIFE and that as I MOVE FORWARD WITH FAITH AND KEEPING IN TUNE WITH MY SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY HEALINGS! Anyone who knows me is quite aware that I always say "YOUR SPIRIT NEVER LEADS YOU ASTRAY". The thing is - DO WE ALWAYS RESPECT IT'S GUIDANCE. Having recently been in several doctors offices and hospitalized for a few days, there are just some things that don't rest well with me. I know I'm an overly funny acting person specifically when it comes to usage of things others have used prior to me - and especially if I don't know them. I got it honest, and actually I appreciate my defensive nature when it comes to caring about me. These days, you must be vigilant about the things you're exposed to. This is not about OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. THANKS MOM! One of my recent issues while at both places has been the usage of blood pressure cuffs and the finger pulse monitor.

Never again, while I am in a conscious state of mind allow anyone to use either device on me without me actually seeing the devices cleaned. Today I've begun my new commitment to RENEWAL...well actually I began incorporating a few elements with consistency a few days ago. Several weeks ago, quite possibly 49 days ago, my life took on a more determined sense of urgency. My plans for 2010 have been wrapped around just that - RENEWAL. So began this JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH.

I made my list of things I've learned over the last 35 years in my head - but mainly targeted to the last more than 17 when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After rewinding my tape of experiences and WEALTH of SELF EMPOWERMENT, I can hear my Mother's voice ringing in my ears - "NOW IS THE APPOINTED TIME." Thanks Mom.

My analysis of my own SPIRITUALLY - HEALING - EMOTIONAL QUESTS confirm the answers I NEED - I HAVE ALREADY HAVE ACQUIRED. Funny a therapist I though4t I needed to talk to told me the same thing over fifteen years ago during one of the more stressful periods of my life, and I never looked back. When she told me "You seem to have your answers already" .... that was it for me!

It's a small beginning but MONUMENTAL COMMITMENT just to be focused on this JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH. This past weekend, I brought into existence two other elements that I needed, ordered one of them and will have it in a few days. For now, each day, there are several things - simple lifestyle changes that - are verified to work for me - and possibly others to eliminate symptoms that pull apart the quality of life of the chronically ill with a CNS disorder. I'll add some links later or tomorrow, but my SHORT LIST WILL BE adhered to - TO THE LETTER - DAILY! There are no more excuses - no other options -

Last week this time, I had an IV hooked up in my arm. I was delayed almost a week when an inept worker at one of the medical services mishandled my paper work and held up my treatment/healing. Another inconvenient task to fill in filing an official complaint against this company, but necessary for correction. Two days later, my vein collapsed and I had to get a new line in the other arm. The medicine is necessary for now. I worked through my many sufferings with Multiple Sclerosis for years and now can still have decent access to health care. That's part of how a NEVER GIVE UP/HANG IN THERE AS LONG AS YOU CAN persistence pays dividends.

Life is difficult with so many battles to fight - a sick body while trying to hold on to your buoy, your lifeline, your sanity. I'm so grateful, I didn't have to go into the hospital to get the same care I can get at home now. That's an entirely different subject area. Everybody's situation is different.

I think about the day, actually LOOKING FORWARD TO IT when I'll have a Cadillac Health Care Plan - BUT I'LL BE HEALTHY - and have it as my buffer. That's the HEALTH CARE PLAN - TO BE HEALTHY! ...and SO IT WILL BE!

Although I did begin part of "MY NEW SEASON" yesterday, points I have chosen to begin with are being worked on tonight/tomorrow to be shared in more detail.

So, on that note, although I've been slowed out the gate in posting my efforts that passed on Friday, I am continuing with my personal "READYING FOR A NEW SEASON WITH INFINITE POSSIBILITIES". It is my hope to engage as many who are interested to at least begin their own cause for change that will lead to a higher level of empowerment. READYING FOR A NEW SEASON WITH INFINITE POSSIBILITIES

Normally, I put myself on a regimen as the seasons change. For the last three years, that has not necessarily been the case as this unwelcome invader snatched up a larger corner of my life. Yes, I'm talking about the evil, tormenting, and sometimes relentless thing labeled Multiple Sclerosis. This lady is now, snatching back - BY ANY AND ALL MEANS NECESSARY - ALL THAT I LOVE, ENJOY AND DESERVE. This long draining lull is OFFICIALLY OVER!

I'm starting with my MIND/SPIRIT MAKEOVER and my long overdue PHYSICAL MAKEOVER. Within the next few days and weeks, I am reclaiming a few of my priorities, especially when it comes to my appearance. I am readying myself to be out IN THE WORLD AGAIN. As I typed those words, I am reaching into my purse to get my lipstick to LOOK BETTER FOR ME! Later on today, I am ordering some core wardrobe pieces just to get my fashion flair back on track. I MAY AS WELL LOOK GOOD FOR ME AGAIN - IT IS IMPORTANT - TO ME!

UNLOCKING MY TREASURES ARE ONES OF MONUMENTAL IMPORTANCE...NOW. It is a proven fact that WHEN YOU LOOK GOOD, YOU FEEL BETTER. Changing my diet, a beautiful new hair cut, a mani-pedi, a few updated wardrobe pieces and getting out of the house more are on the top of my list of priorities, FOR NOW. IT'S MY NEW ACCELERATED JUMP START TO THE LIFE I AM DETERMINED TO RECLAIM, RECAPTURE and OWN.

To all my friends who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I am looking for any of you who are interested in joining me on a brief but healthfully engaging opportunity to feel better.

I do not view this necessarily as an experiment, but an exercise in treating our bodies to a few natural remedies that may very well improve some of the symptoms we experience regularly.

Some are aware from my writings that I live with a chronic illness. Multiple Sclerosis has been hanging around and disrupting my life since I was a teenager. I was diagnosed in '93 at 36. Just experiencing and thinking about the symptoms for many years and not knowing a name for the dark shadow that hovers about ones life is very stressful. Having numerous doctors discounting the symptoms for lack of technology many years ago, or just feeling one in a malingerer or hypochondriac or even psychologically imbalanced never drew me in. One should know what normal is for them. HA-HA-HA, isn't that just hilarious. I THANK GOD I KNOW AND LOVE ME!

Despite and in spite of what these eyes see and this body experiences and suffers through, I CHOOSE TO VIEW THROUGH THE SPIRITUAL EYE that has been opened and revealed to me. THE VISION IS QUITE INDESCRIBABLE and CRYSTAL CLEAR as THE SPIRITUAL EYE HOLDS THE KEYS TO UNLOCK EACH DOOR THAT IS CLOSED. Don't get me wrong, I am human too, but have experienced conditions the have caused me to BELIEVE ON A HIGHER PLANE.

Although it appears one has been stripped down and constantly striving to overcome insurmountable odds, while remaining faithful, life can be full of many relentless tests. VIOLATION OF HANDICAPPED PARKING

Just last night, about 9:00 PM, another idiot took liberty and parked in my reserved handicapped space. His/her vehicle is still there. It is now 10:15 AM. I was ecstatic when the police came quickly enough before this inconsiderate fool was able to move the car before being slapped with a hefty ticket of $250.00. It should be more. Since the car is still there I am anxiously awaiting the tow truck to come and remove it and make it a complete reach into this persons pocket. Towing would be a first through all the previous complaints we've made. It would be such a deterrent for this bozo to consider before ever parking in a handicapped space anywhere again. I'm being nice, using bozo, as there are a few expletives I'd rather use. I take a hard line position.on this subject because for the past 15 years this has been a thorn in my side.

These particular offenders happened to be celebrities - these two healthy, lazy, privileged people were Sandra Bullock and Kristen Dunst. Your red carpet stroll does not give you an above the law card to do as you please. Frankly, you're not that important, nor is anyone else from my view anyway. As I have written in the past, I have taken the police and the "prominent" to task for violating /infringing on my right to usage of a handicapped space. Every few months, I feel compelled to share this speech. This is a repost of the same entry of nearly a year ago. Hopefully, it will offer inspiration to you too.

Reverend Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. was a politician and pastor who represented Harlem in the House of Representatives between 1945 and 1971. He was the first person elected to Congress from New York of African-American descent.

I have been inspired by him for many years. His WHAT'S IN YOU HAND SPEECH continues to motivate me beyond many trials I persevere through.

WHAT'S IN YOUR HAND, is a question I have always asked myself, but using different wording. When you query your own situations, especially when it appears nothing is going well, you can't see your own positive solution as a way out, this will help you. Question yourself, continually if necessary, write it down, meditate on it day and night, however you have come to cope with finding your way out - "WHAT'S IN YOUR HAND?" I know beyond a shadow of a doubt your answer will be revealed, your hope will be restored and you will feel empowered.

So my friends, regardless of whether you're happy or sad, feeling you're on solid or shaky ground, it's a good exercise despite the climate in your life to do a check now and then. LIFE CAN ALWAYS BE BETTER.

CHECK ON YOUR LOVED ONES IN NURSING HOMES

If your loved one is in a nursing home, don't take for granted he or she is being cared for in accordance to the law. As cuts are being made and the economy continues to deteriorate, there will be more cases of abuse reported. My own Mother has been a victim of abuse on numerous occasions, and that was when I was visiting nearly daily for three years. For the past two years, I have not been able to be a secondary caretaker for her since my own health has deteriorated.

I THANK GOD for a support network where on average she has a quality, loving visit or two during most weeks. Even though I wish I wish could be more, it just can't be right now. My goal is to get her out of there and I pray daily it's soon. How it will happen - I don't know but I HAVE FAITH. It hasn't happened yet and in May it will be five years. I STILL HAVE FAITH! As I WORK towards the goal - I HAVE FAITH!

My Mother will be 79 next month. I am grateful the stroke she had did not take her life, but know what her story is. She has been through so much and deserves so much more, but we as many other families just cannot afford to care for our loved ones at home. There are too many instances, when insidious acts of abuse are committed, even when family is committed to their loved ones.

Today, I finally finished a project I should have been done with for some time. Despite all the pitfalls, feeling sick, being sidetracked by Multiple Sclerosis - I AM TRIUMPHANT. It is uncomfortably close to the deadline which I just don't like - but - I AM IN IT TO WIN IT. The moral of this story for anyone is DON'T GIVE UP, DON'T GIVE IN, DO YOUR BEST, - and you will proclaim - I AM TRIUMPHANT - I AM A WINNER!

It is imperative upon each of us to protect ourselves and families in whatever ways we can. Years ago, after being diagnosed with MS and other unexpected problems I made up my mind that I need to do more. Understanding the gravity of this illness and living day to day with the unknown aspects of how disease may cause more problems if I was unable to work, I began looking into disability insurance. There were many occasions when I could have used it, but I didn't. When my body could no longer tolerate the stress seven years later, I found it was the best financial investment I made other than contributing to my retirement fund.

My suggestion to anyone, in addition to the chronically ill and the self employed, if possible make the provision to protect your income or at least a portion of it and buy investing in disability insurance. Many of us know of someone who was healthy yesterday and on their back the next. Now, if you're one of the few who don't need their paycheck, this definitely isn't for you. For any others, like me who need to think about replacing all or part of their income or suffer financial suicide and in the worse case scenario put you out of work, disability insurance will ease many of the burdens one may encounter.

These days, as state and federal government are near financial collapse, we must change along with present conditions even if it means giving up something else.

them reorder/redirect/recover aspects of their lives.
Despite how hard the battle, whether it is the most horrible
circumstance or obstacle you've encountered to that point find
your source of strength that will take you from despair to VICTORY.

It will not be easy, when adversity enters one's life, the best resoure we
can rely on is our inner strength. Acquiring inner strength is or should be
a daily ritual through prayer, meditation in commune with that which is
greater than us. I know, I've been relying on my inner strength since I
was 8 years old. I am now 52, and know it is the building of my source
of inner strength that has brought me to this age with some sense of sanity.

DECLARE VICTORY IN AND OVER YOUR LIFE!

Mr. Olbermann has once again addressed in the most impassioned and compassionate way I've heard throughout this entire health care debate, how it relates to him and his family from a personal perspective. As his Father's health has declined in the past few months, he addresses the plight of the haves and those who have not. His Father is near death. At the end of his comments, he stated his Father mouthed the most heartbreaking conclusion as he his unable to speak - HELP, HELP, HELP, HELP! His comments are powerful ane poignant as usual.

Although some my not be able to relate, I have watched over the past five years as my beloved Mother sits warehoused in a nursing home just mentally deterioriating from a stroke. My financial limitations do not allow me to give my Mother the respectable compassionate care I would die to be able to give her - CARE AT HOME - AROUND FAMILY AND LOVED ONES. Nursing home care averages 5-$7,000 and more per month. This is an issue I have attacked here in NJ as totally ridiculous as many families who would like to should be subsidized to care for loved ones at home at a much lesser cost. I too am very sick, diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis for the past 17 years and cannot afford the level of care even I deserve. Health care, and for many the lack thereof, will effect most people in their lifetime.

Just because one appears healthy today, none of us know what may befall us in the next minute, hour or days. I am keenly aware - LIFE IS FRAGILE.
